Prospective Students
As the leader in providing superior customer care services, Alpine Access is always looking for others who share our passion. If you'd like to join the Alpine Access team as a work-at-home Customer Care Professional, start your journey by applying to our corporate parent by clicking here. Once accepted, you'll become a member of the Alpine Access University community and have access to the many resources we provide to help you learn and succeed.
All new AAU students begin their tenure by taking our Capability and Committment course. In this course you will learn all about the role of an Alpine Access Customer Care Professional (CCP). The course will walk you through what to expect from the role of CCP, what qualities are important for success, how you will be supported in the role, and how you can quickly get up to speed.
Next, you'll take NEO, our New Employee Orientation course. Here, you'll learn the ins-and-outs of Alpine Access, who we are, the history of the company, and the basics of being an Alpine Access employee, (who to contact, our HR policies, etc.).
After completing NEO you'll move into your client-specific training course. Unlike the largely self-directed Capability & Commitment and NEO courses, your training program will be 100% scheduled with mandatory attendance. There will still be self-directed course work, but you can expect to spend the bulk of your time in a live virtual classroom. However, don't expect to sit and be lectured to -- our proprietary AAU HomeRoom™ learning environment will require that you interact, work, and solve problems, both alone and in groups with fellow students, and always with the guidance of an expert instructor.
See the following Fequently Asked Questions for more information on AAU and the learning you'll do on your way to becoming a sucessful Customer Care Professional at Alpine Access.

Q: How do the courses work? How will I be trained?
A: All of your training will be done online using our proprietary HomeRoom™ virtual classroom and learning environment. Your learning will be either self-paced/independent-study or lead by an instructor (or a combination of both).
Q: Does this mean I have no support during the times I am required to complete a self-paced/independent module?
A: No, we have fixed scheduled learning times to ensure an instructor is available to answer any questions you may have during your online learning modules either via your HomeRoom™ virtual classroom, chat room or internet-based telephony.
Q: Do I have to pay for my courses and training?
A: Unlike the independent contractor model, you do not have to pay for training. Instead we will pay YOU to learn!
Q: Do I need to leave my home to attend classes?
A: No - you will complete all courses from the comfort of your home. Some of our clients occasionally request that trainees visit one of their local retail or other business outlets in order to better familiarize themselves with the clients’ products or services. If that were to be the case, we would let you know in advance of accepting a position.
Q: How long is are courses and my training?
A: Training varies by the complexity of the client program. Training can be anywhere from three days to eighteen weeks. But, no matter their length, all of AAU's courses feature a rich social and community dimension: you'll never be "on your own," and you'll likely make friends along way!
Q: Does everyone pass and make it through training successfully?
A: Even as careful as we are in selecting the “best of the best,” we do sometimes have CCPs who find that they are not able to successfully complete our classes. It isn’t that the training is particularly difficult, but not all people are cut out for all types of work!
Q: How often do you offer classes?
A: Class offerings vary by client and by the number of CCPs we are training at any given time. Typically we offer several sessions of training, however training schedules are fixed and 100% attendance is required.
Q: Will I be required to take a test during or after training?
A: You will be tested at various points of your training to ensure your ultimate success once you commence taking calls.
